Description:
* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 4 to
9 inches in the most persistent lake snows.
* WHERE...Northern Cayuga and Oswego Counties. The greatest
accumulations will be across southern Oswego and far northern
Cayuga counties tonight.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult with snow covered roads and
very poor visibility at times. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Wednesday morning commutes.
Instruction:
Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling, be
prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
