At 1240 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Winchester to Boone. Movement was east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Mount Sterling, Stanton, Irvine, Boone, Jeffersonville, Camargo, Clay City, Ravenna, Levee, Kimbrell, Rice Station, Kings Station, Calloway Crossing, Wiseman Crossing Station, Virden, Winston, Prewitt, Wisemantown, Vaughns Mill, and Hardwick. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway between mile markers 13 and 24. Interstate 75 in east central Kentucky between mile markers 71 and 72.
