will allow for a light freeze tonight. The surrounding higher
ridges should remain above freezing, but patchy frost is still
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
Kentucky.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
