Description: 
At 1237 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 5 miles south of Harveyville to 5 miles southwest of Reading to near Madison. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects and vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Osage City, Burlington, Lyndon, Lebo, Waverly, New Strawn, Melvern, Hartford, Gridley, Neosho Rapids, Reading, Olivet, Beto Junction, John Redmond Reservoir, Melvern Lake, and Le Roy. This includes the following highways... Interstate 35 between mile markers 135 and 162. Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 141 and 153.
