Description:
At 553 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Auburn, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Southern Topeka, Richland, Auburn, Pauline, and Berryton.
This includes Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 165 and 180, and
between mile markers 185 and 189.
