...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 9 PM CDT TUESDAY FOR EXTREME GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER FOR AREAS WEST OF I-135... * Extreme Grassland Fire Danger...Will persist into this evening west of I-135, with extreme grassland fire danger expected again Tuesday afternoon and evening west of I-135. * Winds...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * Relative Humidity...As low as 11 percent. * Impacts...Any fires that start will spread quickly and be difficult to control.
