Description: 
The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, gusty winds are still possible with these thunderstorms. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for southeastern Kansas...and southwestern and west central Missouri. To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service Springfield. Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for St. Clair County.
