* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following areas, Johnson KS, Leavenworth, Linn KS, Miami and Wyandotte and Missouri, including the following areas, Bates, Cass, Clay, Henry, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette, Pettis and Platte. * WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Saturday through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected to develop tonight and again Saturday evening. A band of 2-4 inches of rainfall is possible tonight.
