* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following counties, Brown, Jackson and Nemaha. * WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT early this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with excessive rainfall have already produced 3 to 7 inches or rain. Any additional rainfall could make any flooding worse.
