* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall overnight is expected to continue through this afternoon due to runoff. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following counties, Brown and Nemaha. * WHEN...Until 415 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 908 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain of 4 to 9 inches had fallen across the area overnight. The runoff from this heavy rainfall will cause additional flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hiawatha, Sabetha, Seneca, Horton, Everest, Fairview, Robinson, Morrill, Bern, Reserve, Powhattan, Oneida, Hamlin, Willis, Kickapoo Reservation and Baileyville.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
