Salt Creek At Barnard affecting Lincoln County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Salt Creek at Barnard. * WHEN...Until late Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, The North 250th Road by the Salt Creek Bridge will have water over the road in the section about 1/2 block north of the bridge where the road bends. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.9 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
