Osborne County in north central Kansas... * WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1121 AM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... East Kill Creek, Oak Creek, Walnut Creek, Solomon River, Covert Creek, East Twin Creek, Lawrence Creek, South Fork Solomon River, Indian Creek, North Fork Solomon River, Paradise Creek, Medicine Creek, Joy Creek, Twelvemile Creek, Kill Creek, Granite Creek, Lindley Creek, Glen Elder Reservoir Area, Carr Creek, Mill Creek, Center Twin Creek, Wolf Creek, Eagle Creek, Twin Creek, Little Oak Creek and Salt Creek.
