* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Low lying farmland and other rural land
floods.

- At 7:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just
after midnight tonight to a crest of 27.4 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
