* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following county, Leavenworth. * WHEN...Until 900 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 250 PM CDT, State road departments continue to report multiple roads remain closed due to flooding from earlier heavy rain. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain fell earlier today. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
