Marais Des Cygnes River above Reading affecting Osage and Lyon Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Salt Creek near Lyndon. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Minor low land flooding begins in farm field just west of the Highway 75 bridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 10.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tonight. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
