At 17.0 feet, Shunga Drive near College Avenue floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 18.3 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
