Black Vermillion River near Frankfort affecting Marshall County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black Vermillion River near Frankfort. * WHEN...From this morning to early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, The west bank of the river floods. At 27.5 feet, Area in the vicinity of 19th Terrace and Vista Roads floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.6 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
