Big Blue River near Blue Rapids affecting Marshall County. Black Vermillion River near Frankfort affecting Marshall County. Little Blue River near Barnes affecting Marshall and Washington Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black Vermillion River near Frankfort. * WHEN...From this morning to early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, The west bank of the river floods. At 27.5 feet, Area in the vicinity of 19th Terrace and Vista Roads floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 6.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 27.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
