At 1133 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes were located along a line extending from near Stanwood to Atalissa, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. These dangerous storms will be near... Durant, Lowden, Bennett, and Sunbury around 1140 PM CDT. Other locations in the path of these tornadic storms include Bennett Park. This includes Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 263 and 278.
