At 758 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Silver Lake, or 15 miles southeast of Spencer In Clay County, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Damaging tornado. SOURCE...Emergency management confirmed tornado. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Clay County.
