At 1250 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Williamsburg to Hayesville. Movement was east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Sigourney, Williamsburg, Wellman, North English, Richland, Delta, Keswick, South English, Parnell, Millersburg, Harper, Kinross, Hayesville, Keota, Ollie, West Chester, Webster, Frytown, Windham, and Lancaster. This includes Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 209 and 233.
