At 1114 PM CDT, the public reported gusty showers near Craig, or 8 miles west of Tekamah, moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Public mesonet stations have reported gusts of 50-55 mph with these showers. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. * Locations impacted include... Tekamah, Onawa, Oakland, Lyons, Whiting, Decatur, Uehling, Blencoe, Craig, Rosalie, Castana, Macy, Turin, Lewis And Clark State Park, Summit Lake State Recreation Area, Kennebec, Omaha Reservation, and Winnebago Reservation. This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 100 and 122.
