At 444 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking thunderstorms along a line extending from near DeWitt to Toolesboro. Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Strong winds could break tree limbs, knock down weak trees and blow around unsecured objects. Blowing dust is possible near agricultural fields. Locations impacted include... Davenport, Moline, Rock Island, Bettendorf, Clinton, Muscatine, East Moline, Morrison, Aledo, Wapello, Durant, Silvis, Geneseo, Eldridge, DeWitt, Milan, Colona, Camanche, Le Claire, and Coal Valley. This includes the following highways... Interstate 74 in Iowa between mile markers 1 and 5. Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 275 and 306. Interstate 80 in Illinois between mile markers 1 and 20. Interstate 74 in Illinois between mile markers 1 and 28. Interstate 88 between mile markers 1 and 33. Interstate 280 between mile markers 1 and 18.
