City LD16. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects the park at Andalusia. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Wednesday morning and continue rising to 15.7 feet Friday, April 24. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
