* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects low lying buildings and
homes in Montrose and Niota.

- At 11:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.3 feet and slowly
rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 16.1 feet

- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
