* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

- At 11:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.4 feet and steady.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 11.2 feet by next
early Tuesday morning. Additional rises are possible
thereafter.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
