Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Burlington. * WHEN...Until Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Agricultural flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 15.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 PM CDT Monday was 15.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.3 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
