At 943 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicate that thunderstorms and rain continue to fall across eastern Dubuque and northern Jackson Counties. An additional quarter to half an inch is possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Dubuque, Galena, Asbury, Dyersville, Monticello, Robins, Center Point, Cascade, Epworth, East Dubuque, Farley, Peosta, Central City, Palo, Walker, Alburnett, Coggon, Hopkinton, Delhi and Worthington. This includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 28 and 39.
