counties, Appanoose, Lucas, Monroe and Wayne.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- 1-2" of rain has fallen in portions of the area with
additional rainfall still possible.
