* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of south central Iowa, including the following counties, Mahaska, Marion and Monroe. * WHEN...Until 900 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 855 AM CDT, Emergency management reported continued road closures due primarily to flooding along Cedar Creek. - This flood warning replaces the flood warnings that were previously in effect for portions of Marion and Monroe Counties. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Albia, Lovilia, Bussey, Hamilton and Marysville.
