At 1036 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Andrews, or near Huntington, moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This dangerous storm will be near... Huntington and Andrews around 1040 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Bowerstown, Mahon, Roanoke, and Bippus. This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 284 and 291.
