At 1034 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Montpelier, or 7 miles northeast of Hartford City, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Portland, Berne, Montpelier, Geneva, Pennville, Center, Nottingham, Bryant, Dillman, Mill Grove, Petroleum, College Corner, Liber, Keystone, Blaine, Linn Grove, Domestic, Fiat, Balbec, and Trenton.
