Description:
At 646 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 7 miles southeast of South Whitley, or 8 miles south of
Columbia City, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Fort Wayne, New Haven, North Manchester, Ossian, South Whitley,
Aboite, Roanoke, Zanesville, Uniondale, Laud, Yoder, Raber, Tocsin,
Kingsland, Rolling Hills, Luther, Peabody, Nine Mile, Dunfee, and
Poe.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 469 between mile markers 0 and 15.
Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 289 and 305.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
