Description:
At 213 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Beech Grove to 8 miles northeast of
Greencastle. Movement was east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Indianapolis, Greenwood, Plainfield, Speedway, Greencastle,
Mooresville, Danville, Clinton, Rockville, Southport, Avon, New
Whiteland, Fairview Park, Monrovia, Montezuma, Clayton, Bainbridge,
Rosedale, Homecroft, and Fillmore.
This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 54 and 80.
