Mississinewa River near Ridgeville.
.Moderate to heavy rainfall today has brought a sharp rise on the
Mississinewa near Ridgeville that will lead to minor lowland
flooding this afternoon into tonight.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Mississinewa River near Ridgeville.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to late tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Water on the shoulder and edge of SR 1
south of the junction with SR 28 in western Randolph County.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.3
feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
late this evening.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
