South Central Rush County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1145 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of Flatrock River near and downstream of Rushville, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 246 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated river flooding. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
