Big Walnut Creek near Reelsville. .Heavy rainfall the second half of today has quickly brought flooding to Big Walnut Creek in the Reelsville area in Indiana. Flooding is likely to persist well into the day Tuesday, and with additional rainfall expected Tuesday and Tuesday night the warning may need to be extended further. Please monitor for later updates. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Big Walnut Creek near Reelsville. * WHEN...From late tonight until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flooding of agricultural lands and campgrounds occurs. High water surrounds a few river cabins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 PM EDT Monday the stage was 10.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to 13.2 feet tomorrow morning.
