White River at Newberry. .Rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches since Monday in the White basin will bring minor lowland flooding to middle and lower portions of the White River that could last through much of next week along the lower White. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Elliston. * WHEN...From late tonight to late Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Eastern portion of CR 100 S in Greene County floods leading to Plummer. Flooding covers all low bottomlands. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 14.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 20.9 feet Friday morning.
