...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...
East Fork White River at Seymour.
East Fork White River at Williams.
East Fork White River near Rivervale.
East Fork White River near Bedford.
.Rainfall amounts of two to five inches over the last day will bring
minor lowland flooding to much of the East Fork White. Additional
rainfall is expected tonight into Wednesday, and amounts of half an
inch to 1.5 inches or so was included in the current river forecast,
so any amounts beyond that would make crests higher.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...East Fork White River near Rivervale.
* WHEN...From this evening to Tuesday, May 05.
* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, During the late March 2008 flood, the
Bedford Times reported the following county roads still under
water: River Road, Bartlettsville Road by the bridge and in the
bottoms, Judah-Logan Road by the bridge, the gravel part of Logan
Bottoms, Donica Church Road between Logan Bottoms and the hill,
Peerless Road by Mica Metals, Little Salt Creek Run, Stumphole
Bridge Road near SR 450, Huron-Williams Road, Lawrenceport Road,
Rivervale Road and Earl Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 18.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 24.8 feet Friday evening. It
will then fall below flood stage Tuesday, May 05.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
