* At 641 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 6 miles north of Frankford, or 11 miles southeast of
Hannibal, moving northeast at 40 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
