White River from Elliston to Hazleton. .Heavy rain from earlier this week will continue to bring minor flooding to portions of the East Fork White, lower White, and lower Wabash Rivers. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Mount Carmel. * WHEN...From Saturday morning to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 18.4 feet, Pumping started at Mt. Carmel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM EDT Thursday /7:45 PM CDT Thursday/ the stage was 18.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.0 feet Saturday morning.
