* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...East central Vermilion County. * WHEN...Until 730 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 644 AM CDT, emergency management reported flooding lingering from the heavy rain Saturday evening. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain fell in an area from Henning to the east side of Danville. - Flooding impacts will continue, but little additional rain is expected through mid morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Danville, Vermilion Regional Airport, Bismarck, Henning and Alvin.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
