* IMPACTS...At 33.0 feet, Kelly's Lake Lane, 1160N, is inundated.

- At 4:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 26.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this evening to a crest of 32.0 feet early Thursday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.
