Rock River near Joslin affecting Whiteside, Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River at Moline. * WHEN...Until late Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. In Moline, water affects homes on South Shore Drive and cuts off access to homes east of the I-74 bridge. Water also affects 49th Avenue south of the theater. Water affects Vandruff Island. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
