Rock River at Latham Park affecting Winnebago County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and forecasted to continue. * WHERE...Rock River from Confluence with Kishwaukee River to Castle Rock State Park near Oregon, including the Byron gauge. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Numerous low-lying structures downstream of Byron are flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to only gradually fall throughout the week.
