Birmingham.

- At 8:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.7 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 22.1 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday
evening.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
