Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River from Confluence with Kishwaukee River to Castle Rock State Park near Oregon, including the Byron gauge. * WHEN...From late tonight to Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Numerous low-lying structures downstream of Byron are flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 14.0 feet Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
