Des Plaines River near Gurnee affecting Lake IL County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Des Plaines River from US-41 in Gurnee downstream to Townline Road in Vernon Hills, including the Gurnee gauge. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Residences threatened along Kilbourne Road and near O'Plaine Road and McClure Avenue in Gurnee. Businesses threatened along Old Grand Avenue near IL-132 in Gurnee.
