* WHERE...Springdale-Hunters Road, Kettle Falls, Metaline Falls,
Metaline, Chewelah, Wallace, Athol, Fourth Of July Pass, Newport,
Kellogg, Bonners Ferry, Mullan, Tiger, Clark Fork, Ione, Priest
River, Dobson Pass, Osburn, St. Maries, Sandpoint, Fruitland,
Colville, Orin-Rice Road, Schweitzer Mountain Road, Lookout Pass,
Northport, Eastport, Flowery Trail Road, Pinehurst, Fernwood, and
Deer Park.
* WHEN...From 8 AM to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
