.Gusty winds and near single-digit minimum relative humidity
values are expected tomorrow afternoon and evening, with a dry
frontal passage. Virga showers possible late this afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREA...In Idaho, Fire Weather Zones 423 Owyhee
Mountains, 424 Western Twin Falls BLM and 426 Southern
Highlands.
* TIMING...From 3 PM this afternoon to 9 PM MDT this evening.
* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 14 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...84 to 94 degrees.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
